To secure your date, a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding day. Pre-wedding consultation - A pre-wedding consultation is scheduled in the last two weeks prior to your wedding day. At that time we discuss the details of your day as well as any last minute changes. Travel - From the mountains to the Ocean we will travel to your North Carolina wedding Location.Bella Loren is available for travel nationwide. A compensation fee for incurred travel costs and overnight stay (if required) applies. Sales tax - All prices are subject to applicable sales tax
